At The Connection Co+Op, yoga becomes more than a practice… it’s a return to self. Through the elements, we remember our rhythm, our breath + our connection to everything that surrounds us. Each class invites you to explore balance through the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water + Aether. The studio is where movement becomes meditation + community becomes medicine.
Led by Shannon Piker, E-RYT 500+ with over 800 hours of training + 1,000+ teaching hours, these classes are rooted in years of study, experience + embodied wisdom. Shannon’s approach weaves somatic awareness, breathwork, + intuitive guidance to help each student reconnect with the elemental intelligence of the body.
We gather to move energy, build strength, soften resistance + return to presence. Whether grounding into stillness, igniting the inner fire, flowing like water, or resting into the field of Aether, each class offers a doorway back to the self.
Community Yoga is an invitation to remember your own connection + to return home to the body, to the elements, to each other.
AETHER=
The Sacred Art of Receiving
AETHER= is a 90-minute candlelit yin ceremony designed to draw the body into stillness + open the spirit to receive. Through long-held yin postures, intentional rebounds, aromatherapy + hands-on reiki healing, this practice invites deep surrender into the element of ether. The journey closes in an extended savasana bathed in sound healing…the meeting point where matter dissolves into the unseen.
