Re+Connect

Our Spring + Fall community hikes that support nervous system regulation, connection + grounding in nature. Each hike is held near Fort Collins + is open to all. While the hikes are free, registration is required to receive trail details, QR codes + weather updates.

Our community hikes are done for 2025, we will back for more in 2026.
