Our sacred dance ceremony to move what’s stuck, honor the rhythm of nature + reconnect in sisterhood. Through intentional movement, somatic release + a heart-opening plant ritual, we align with the turning of the seasons to Re+Charge ourselves with presence + power.

Re+Charge is a recurring gathering to honor nature’s shifting cycles. We move. We breathe. We let go… together in community.

This experience blends ritual, rhythm + reverence:

• Opening community circle

• A heart-opening, optional plant ritual

• Ecstatic movement + dance

• Somatic practices to clear energetic residue

• Closing integration to ground + reflect

Each gathering includes an optional plant ceremony before movement. All guests receive a handcrafted ritual gift to continue their practice at home.
