An Embodied Breathwork Ceremony with Hapé, Cacao + Sound

Through breath, sacred medicine + devotion, we descend into the body, into the Earth, letting the body fall back to soil + remember the wisdom that waits below.

Re+Root is a ceremony of descent, a return from thought to body, from surface to soil. Through hapé, cacao + breath, participants release density, open the heart + re-root into their embodied truth.

This is a ceremony of grounding + re+rooting, a call to return home to the body as Earth itself.

This experience weaves ritual, breath + earth medicine:

  • Opening community circle + elemental invocation

  • Guided hapé ceremony for clearing + grounding

  • Cacao ritual for heart-opening + connection

  • Breathwork journey through fire + earth

  • Sound bath + somatic integration for renewal

Re+Root is a sacred return to the body + stillness, a reclamation to re+root the truth of who you are beneath what the world has asked you to be.
